REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Issued: Sept. 2025
1. Subscription Fees
- All subscription fees paid to Nisbaty are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.
- Users are responsible for reviewing the subscription plan details before purchase.
2. Service Payments Between Users
- Payments made for projects, offers, or legal services are subject to the agreement between the Project Owner, Buyer, and Lawyer.
- Nisbaty acts only as a digital facilitator and is not responsible for refunds or cancellations between users.
3. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may only be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate charges caused by technical errors.
- Incorrect billing amounts charged by the platform.
Requests must be submitted in writing to billing@nisbaty.com within 14 working days of the payment.
4. Cancellation of Subscriptions
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their dashboard.
- Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle but does not entitle the user to a refund for the remaining period of the active subscription.
5. Platform’s Discretion
- All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Nisbaty management.
- Nisbaty reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
